Overview
You will be a member of the science team at Alchemy, which consists of food scientists and biochemists. You will help our food scientists investigate the use of our patented fibre blends in various food applications, as well as assist in new product development. As this is a multi-disciplinary project, it will be important that you are a team player, adaptable and keen to learn beyond your specialty.
Responsibilities
- Conduct experiments on various food products.
- Assist Food Scientists in the development of new products
- Test and analyse the effect of Alchemy Fibre on food products.
- Record all experimental data and observations in lab books and generate reports from the results obtained.
- Prepare food samples

Requirements
- Currently pursuing food science, food technology, or similar field of study
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Must know the basic of using food analysis equipment
