We are an on-demand alcohol delivery service in Singapore, that delivers alcohol in one hour, served chilled.
We have an events arm that deals mainly with corporate / consumer events. This role would be to support the day to day operations of Alcohol Delivery as well as to assist with our events team.
- Generate new leads and clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, etc.
- Handle customer enquiries via inbound and outbound calls, emails, online chats etc.
- Ensure smooth flow of daily operations
- Other general administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned
- Attend to customers’ enquiries in a timely manner
- On-board, track and update customer’s orders
- Coordinate with operation team to assure orders being proceeded on time and properly
- Maintain customer service standards to achieve high level customer satisfication
