Job Description

We're on the hunt for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist (Intern) to join us to provide engaging, helpful support and experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth flow of daily operations
  • Handle customer inquiry via inbound and outbound calls, emails, etc.
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries in a timely manner
  • On-board, track and update customer’s orders
  • Coordinate with operation team to assure orders being proceeded on time and properly
  • Constantly evaluate operations workflows and propose recommendations to streamline them to be efficient, relevant and
    valuable both internally and externally
  • Maintain customer happiness standards to achieve high level customer satisfaction
  • Other general administrative duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Be the voice of the AlcoholDelivery team when talking to our customers
  • A passion for making a difference for our customers
  • Communicate fluently and comfortably in English, and conversational Chinese
  • Pleasant and willing to learn attitude
  • Meticulous and systematic
