Alcon Manufacturing and Logistics – Internship, PMO Technician

Accountabilities 

• Support Project Manager in coordinating project activities to ensure the project is on schedule, within budget.
• Create more efficient methods to monitor the project progress and project costing.
• Provides administrative and logistical support including preparing meeting agenda or presentation, arranging meeting and taking minute of meeting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external supplier on quotation, ordering & arranging of goods delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving conflicts.
• Prepares project status report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
• Maintains project database and back up project data.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment 

Requirements

• Good time management and communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft office, e.g., MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word and MS power point.
• Experience in SAP manufacturing module.
• Experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Quality Management, Safety Management.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn mindset. Good understanding of GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, FDA and other relevant standards / requirements is preferred.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Science or relevant discipline or equivalent
