Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support our operations team. This role will provide you with extensive hands-on experience in operations, marketing and sales, and process optimization, which are integral to building a strong foundation for a future career.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management of business operations, including logistics coordination, process improvement, and task executionWork closely with logistics partners to ensure efficient and safe management of goods

• Manage marketplace orders across all sales platforms to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

• Take charge of maintaining accurate and comprehensive product listings across various online sales platforms, providing our customers with reliable information that is easily accessible

• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and satisfactory issue resolution

• Assist in drug testing operations 

• Execute comprehensive diagnostic tests on malfunctioning Alcohol Testers to ensure optimal functionality

• Tackle diverse operational issues as they arise, playing a vital role in optimizing business efficiency 

Requirements

• Keen interest in business operations and logistics

• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months

• Office working environment

• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
