The day-to-day activities
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinating with our logistics providers to ensure that products are received, handled, stored, and transferred appropriately.
- Work with logistics providers on receipt, handling, storage and transferring of products.
- Managing a team of part-time packers to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Processing government tenders and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Showcasing our products to occasional walk-in customers
- Updating our products on various online sales channels (including our website, eBay, Lazada, Qoo10, and Carousell) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinating with our global network of specimen collectors to ensure timely delivery of samples to our laboratory.
- Reviewing results and creating drug testing reports for our customers.
The must-haves
- Organised and able to work well in a dynamic work environment
- Willing to learn, speak up, and cover all operational matters
- Digital native
- Excellent written and spoken English. Bonus if you have a flair for writing.

- Office working environment
- Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
