The day-to-day activities
• Learn about various aspects of the business including Drug testing, Alcohol testing, Infectious Disease Kits, and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs.
• Perform calibration service on Alcohol Testers utilizing Wet Bath Calibration Kit and Dry Gas.
• Execute comprehensive diagnostic tests on malfunctioning Alcohol Testers to ensure optimal functionality.
• Oversee and manage the Soberlink Alcohol Monitoring Programme for Pilots, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Serve as the frontline ambassador, addressing customers' inquiries via email and phone.
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate closely with our logistics partners to safeguard the handling and transfer of our products, ensuring their safe arrival into the hands of our customers.
• Oversee the seamless management of online orders, ensuring accurate and punctual fulfillment to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the meticulous processing of government tenders, adhering diligently to regulatory requirements.
• Showcasing our products and services to walk-in customers. Engage with our valued clientele, fostering meaningful interactions and offering tailored service and solutions to meet their needs.
• Take charge of maintaining accurate and dynamic product listings across various online sales platforms, empowering our customers with comprehensive information at their fingertips.
• Facilitating Internship Program Coordination with Universities
• Tackle diverse operational tasks as they arise, playing a vital role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business.
