We are looking for a People & Culture Intern who will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource team and general administration tasks within an office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative and human resource functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting and supporting the Human Resource (Happiness) team on daily tasks and studio management.
To assist the Happiness Team in executing internal and external events that reflect our culture and values.
Provide hands-on support during events, including setting up venues, managing event flow, coordinating with staff and vendors, and addressing any issues that arise.
Assist to prepare and send publicity materials regarding the events.
Responsible for daily office management of Aleph Studio by overseeing daily studio operations and studio upkeep to ensure a positive working environment.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.
Prerequisites
Diploma or degree in human resources/administrative management.
The ability to work as a part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding time management and multitasking capabilities.
Strong ethics and reliable.
Cheerful and positive personality.
We are looking for a minimum of 3 months of commitment, but candidates who are able to commit to 6 months full time will be preferred.
Able to join immediately is an added advantage.
Singaporean/PR only, we will not provide any visa for this role.
