About this opportunity
In the effort to provide better customer experience, we are transforming our professional education platforms with improved web interfaces and updated contents. We are very excited to invite a professional education intern who is passionate about web designing and/or content management to join our existing cross-functional project team.
In this role, you will…
- Assist education platform reformation projects (e.g. Education hub 2.0 & learning center transformation)
- Be part of a team who assess and provide ideas on improving user interface for better customer experience
- Be involved in content management; making sure only updated, approved content is published
- Be part of user acceptance tests on prototypes before launch
- Interact with colleagues from different functions in timely, tactful, and professional manner
