About this opportunity
This role is responsible for working with management (country and regional) to assist, shape and build Sales Operations standards across APAC. The individual will also help drive adoption of SFDC (Salesforce.com), reporting and sales analytics.
In this role, you will…
- Understand market trend and customer insights to be able to translate data into meaningful action to drive growth.
- Build, track and monitor business reports from CRM systems and tools (Salesforce.com, PBI etc)
- Perform data analysis, identify patterns, verify assumptions using Business Intelligence data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI)
- Measuring sales development metrics to execute sales process optimization
- Providing data support to evaluate program and promotion effectiveness
- Documentation of business flows
- Take on other duties as assigned
