Marketing & Operations Internship

Job Description
1. Manage AllDealsAsia’s marketing tools and channels such as website, blog, emailers, social media, mobile app, etc; as well as prepare information materials that are promoted through them.
2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns such as online contests and lucky draws, and gathering and analysing the data for post campaign evaluation.
4. Work with external organizations/institutes to provide specials offers/discounts to their members/students
5. Oversee some aspects of the company’s operations in the deal chain e.g. deal mock-up preparation, new deal scheduling, customer service, inventory management, payment to merchants, etc.
6. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
1. Some knowledge in online marketing tools and channels e.g. Facebook/Twitter, blogs, emailers, affiliate programs, search engine optimization (SEO), etc.
2. Proficient in the use of Internet/MS Office/Photoshop
3. Good analytical, communication and writing skills
4. Enthusiasm and a sense of ownership
5. Able to manage multiple assignments, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Interest in the daily deals/group buying industry or ecommerce in general
7. Able to work independently a well as in a team
8. Good attitude, customer service and telephone skills
10. Ability to commit at least 3 months (full-time)
