As a marketing & communications intern, you will be part of the Audit and Compliance team to drive compliance standards and best practices across corporate functions using various marketing materials and communication channels. The intern will also learn to produce creative communication content and develop an educational pack/programme on compliance topics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and use creative content on various internal channels to promote compliance practices and concepts within the organization
- Design clear engaging graphic communication for compliance material, including but not limited to marketing/communication brochures, email, posters, flyers and other compliance material as needed
- Utilize creativity and innovation to communicate compliance concepts in an illustrative and educational manner
- Ensure content in compliance material is consistent with overall group compliance standards and directions
- Organize and facilitate compliance educational events/projects/campaigns
- Provide the audit and compliance team with marketing, operational and administrative support whenever necessary• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your Supervisor
Requirements:
- An undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field of study
- Highly interested to learn about content creation and design in the Healthcare Industry
- Able to design and illustrate clear messages through images
- Able to work in a team, versatile and adaptable
- Willingness and openness to take on new and different tasks
- Experience with design software and tools such as Photoshop or Premiere Pro is an advantage
