Our Opportunity:
The incumbent will be part of the digital transformation of Allianz Insurance Singapore and support the team to delivery key strategic initiative for the year:
- Supporting the business operations and strategic initiatives
- Handling the documentations
- Exploring opportunities for process automation
Key Responsibility Areas:
Gather data, analyze business processes, and interpret data to support business operations.
Monitor and swiftly respond to business operations and alerts, ensuring rapid resolution.
Assist in documenting and categorizing with attention to detail and accuracy.
Assist in analyzing trends to proactively identify and address recurring issues.
Collaborate closely with team members and vendors to ensure requests are handled and resolved within timelines.
Work with vendors and understand the solutions proposed and communicate to business.
Assist in translating business needs into technical specifications
Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and business requirements.
Support user roles management activities, ensuring access permissions align with organizational policies.
Conduct periodic user access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and access controls.
Identify opportunities for automation on existing processes.
Develop proof-of-concept solutions or recommendations for automation to improve efficiency.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on automation initiatives and outcomes.
Requirements:
Undergraduate with Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Attention to detail and patience when dealing with various queries.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Proficient in documentation and reporting.
Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, insurance process and principles.
Hands on experience on tools like SNOW, Jira, Confluence, and Insurance software.
Prior exposure to Insurance business process is advantageous.
