Job Description

Allianz Insurance Singapore established in June 2020 and is moving fast to create its mark here in Singapore. We are looking for a team player and detailed-oriented individual to join our Claims Team. As the Claims Administration Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the claims department by ensuring smooth and efficient claims processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the claims registration, processing, and computation of non-motor claims accurately and promptly within stipulated turnaround timelines
  • Attend to email enquiries and correspondences on claims and payment status
  • Assess simple claims within the policy liability and in accordance with management guidelines
  • Highlight to Superior on any abnormalities or repeated complaints
  • Prepare and provide administrative support to generate reports required by the Management
  • Perform data entry, filing and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Words, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-oriented and meticulous with attention to details
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task, work independently, as a team and within schedule
