Job Description
- Meeting support : Scheduling, Agenda preparation, Outcome documentation & tracking of deliverables
- Ensure timelines set by Reporting Manager are met with quality
- Assisting in execution, reporting and tracking of all dashboards
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Support in any other management or administrative tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager
Qualifications:
- Preferably have your own device but not a requirement (Laptop or PC)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite is required. Proficiency in Visio would be advantageous
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
• Experience with current technology;
• Commitment period of 6 months full time
