Job Description

Our Opportunity:

The People & Culture team is looking for an intern to drive various People & Culture initiatives, strategies and process improvement tasks. The intern will have an opportunity to get an experience into all aspects of employee lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the employee experience by playing a key role in designing, developing, and executing engaging activities and events that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support and lead process improvement initiatives by mapping and optimising HR workflows, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness across the HR department.
  • Coordinate and support the internship recruitment process, from sourcing to screening candidates, contributing to the growth of talent pipeline.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR strategies and practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by assisting in the creation of content for career pages, and promotional materials, helping to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Assist in a variety of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.

 

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing a career in HR.
  • Available to commit at least 3 days per week over a 6-month period
  • Proficient in Canva with the ability to create visually appealing content
  • Proficient in Excel to perform data analysis.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning and contributing.
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passionate about making a meaningful impact on the employee experience and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team.
