Job Description for an intern in Allianz Partners Singapore Sales Team
Period: 3-6 months, can be longer if possible
Business:
- Work with the CSO and/or sales manager to complete assigned tasks
- Update sales reports and documents on a regular basis
- Observe the sales cycle from pitching, negotiation, closing and implementation
- Communicating with partners at the CSO and/or manager’s request
- Conduct research and market insight
- Develop sales pitch and contribute to sales strategies when required
- Attend meetings with CSO and/or sales manager when required
- Provide customer service support to walk-in customers
- Other ah-doc tasks and projects when required
Sales Support & Administrative:
- Data entry and tracking for different lines of business for billing
- Contracts – database maintenance and ensure execution forms are signed off
- Tracking of outstanding sales support items
- Timely response to invoicing queries / credit note requests from clients
- Send out monthly sales reports to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction survey is sent to for auditing purposes
