Job Description

JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE

 Allianz Worldwide Partners, being part of one of the world's largest insurance groups, is seeking a digital & content marketing intern. The role will be provided with opportunities to learn and grow, through strategizing, executing, and analysing content marketing for the brand and relevant product for the Singapore market.

Seated in the driving role for content marketing, he/she will own, drive, and grow the content pillars of Singapore B2C business. He/she will report to Manager, Direct & Digital, and will have exposure to other integrated digital marketing activities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social & Content Marketing: Build content and branding strategy, including content research, content calendars. Actual implementation and tracking of results thereafter

  • Manage digital reputation of the brand across relevant social and online platforms, with the assistance of social listening tools

  • Conduct keyword research, define keyword strategies, and develop engaging and relevant content for both the SEO crawlers and the readers. Build up relevant product awareness to improve the consideration factor for customers.

  • Analytics: Through relevant dashboarding, provide and execute data-driven and actionable recommendations for the digital business

  • CRO, UI/UX & Website testing - Assess customer journey, derive the issues and problems, and set the hypothesis to support the test campaign objectives. Design and develop the responsive variants, set the campaign and targeting criteria and run. Analyze the data and interpret them to the actionable items, then execute.

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • (Preferably) Undergoing a degree in Marketing or any field of business degree
  • Process-oriented, customer-oriented, and growth mindsets. Plus, empathy.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to take responsibility for tasks and delivery without continuous supervision
  • Have basic knowledge of web management (html/CSS) and CMS (content management system)
  • Be tech-savvy; high level of interest in new technologies
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Desire to learn, ability to deal with uncertainty and willingness to take initiative
  • (Ideal, but not a must) Working experience in creative design tools e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, etc.
