Job Description

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Allianz SE Singapore Branch is looking for a qualified individual to work with the Talent and Learning Team. Main role for the position is to assist in Talent and Learning core functions. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Intern/Work Student who will provide data, analytics and logistical support for the following:
a. Allianz Employee Survey
b. Strategy map data
c. Oversight of and driving online collaboration tools.
d. General logistics and admin support for all Talent
and Learning Programs.
e. Assist in the maintenance of records in the
Success Factors/Feeder system with regards to
Performance Management and Talent Management.
f. Assist in logistics and delivery of IM virtual
classroom schedule.
g. Adhoc MAS and other liaison / requests.
h. Adhoc requests from OEs/ regional office / group.


KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

1. Strong capabilities in MS Office(Power Point and
Excel).
2. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of
the organization.
3. Leadership, organizational skills and team player.
4. Ability to work independently and willingness to go
extra miles.
5. Be fluent in written and spoken English
