We are looking for someone with an eagerness to learn and support our team in multi-functions across the board. He/she must possess a collaborative attitude to work well with people and have a keen eye for details.

Job Description

• Consult internal development team to identify user requirements of our website
• Communicate improvements that need to be made to website, that will be designed by internal team and conveyed to external stakeholders/ web developers by you
• Creation and handling of product webpages/ online coupon codes via backend system
• Liaising with external vendors for digital marketing purposes
• Some involvement in Fulfillment (B2B, B2C)
• Responding to customer’s enquiries and feedback
• Assist in all other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements

• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months
• Team spirit and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solver and attention to detail
• Interest in the beauty industry, as well as knowledge of website backend systems (Magento) are advantageous
