Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the CEO office
- Support managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communications
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
- Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Manage meeting schedules and assemble necessary documentation including submission and reconciliation of expenses
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Able to commit for 3 to 6 months of internship
- Good verbal & written, and interpersonal skills
- Have interest or passion in aged care/ healthcare
