Supermarket experience with adult toys — that was the main idea behind TakeToys when we opened the first store in Hong Kong back in 2013. Today in 2022 with 13 branches in Hong Kong we are opening the first store in Singapore

Retail Store Manager
We are looking for open-minded, active people interested to work in the fast growing international company with a real career development potential. The rapidly growing international chain of adult toys supermarkets opened its first store in Singapore.

What awaits you:
- Take ownership and accountability for store’s sales profit
- Ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are in accordance with guidelines
- Minimise stocks shrinkage and planning of stock replenishment
- Proper control of in store cash flow, invoices, purchase orders, etc
- To assist company managers in the control of all standards relating to the store operations
- Help hire and provide appropriate coaching & support to the store’s Sales Assistants
- To assist the company managers in the execution of any assigned duties and responsibilities
We are expecting from you:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a management role
- Good organisational and people management skills
- Confident, energetic, resourceful and self-motivated with a willingness to work alongside with rest of the staff especially on the sales floor
- Good basic written and communication skills in English and Chinese
Salary Commission and Working hours:
- from SGD 4,000 / month
- Overtime Pay
- 5 days / 44 hours per week with flexible schedule
Bonuses:
- Yearly bonus

- Christmas & New Year & Paid Birthday bonuses

- Commissions & bonuses may be changed, introduced or cancelled upon management decision.
