. Ensure that processes are in full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures

2. Recommend and drive quality improvements through in-depth study of identified processes

1. Assist in the development and implementation of improvement plans consistent with and in support of the strategic

plan and business operating plan

2. Facilitate management team to identify and develop improvement plans consistent with and in support of the strategic

plan and business operating plan

3. Identify gaps in current processes and work with all levels of the organisation in establishing and executing a strategy

for improving them

4. Quality problem solving tools (eg DMAIC tools) for improvement

5. Follow up and audit event progress to ensure results are achieved and sustained

6. Provide Quality related training to the employees regularly and updating their knowledge

Requirement

1. Degree in Engineering discipline

2. Certified Green/Black Belt will be an advantage

3. Knowledge in Lean manufacturing will be an advantage
