 We are looking for someone like you to:

• Build strong relationship with our customers, and maintain the company’s image
• Respond to customer enquiries and issues promptly, with completeness and accuracy
• Liaise and follow up with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints, with satisfaction
• Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to raise the bar on customer experience
• Ensure adherence to the company’s policies and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement of overall process efficiency and level of service delivery
• Perform ad hoc duties, participate in key initiatives/projects as required

Requirements:

• Tertiary graduate (Diploma/Degree)
• Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience in customer service, preferably in cryptocurrency exchange or financial services  
• Possess a strong command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage  
• 5-day work week, able to commit to rotating shift work (with allowance)
• Customer-First mindset, and a clear communicator
• Excellent team player, with a strong sense of ownership and self-accountability
• Highly adaptable, with good problem-solving skills
