The incumbent will be based in one of the Public Health Institutions
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding of Site Procurement Roles and Responsibilities.
- Procurement Sourcing Project (Source to Contract – S2C)
- Creation and Maintenance of Contracts/Catalogue in Ariba eProc.
- To explore potentials/Feasibility in Process Improvement (e.g. automation)
- Any other duties assigned.
Learning Outcomes:
- End to end procurement, includes negotiation and contract management cycle
- Analytical & Reporting Skills
- System (e.g. Ariba eProc, SAP) Hands on Experience & Knowledge.
