Job Description

Ensuring the performance of account payable activities, generate weekly and monthly reporting. Perform general admin tasks as and when required

  1. Account Payable Activities 

Create & Update Quickbooks 

  1. Record all transactions in a timely manner 
  2. Monitor all AP activities 

Process Payments 

  1. Process payment via internet banking 

Generate Reports

  1. Generate weekly / monthly / annual reports
  2. Analyse AP trends

  1. Perform General Admin Support
    1. Provide general office admin support 
    2. Maintenance of website 
    3. Performing RFQ / RFI 
    4. Update / Upload Collection Development 
    5. Update PO & Delivery Tracking file
