AWH was incorporated in 2014 as a Singapore-based investment holding company with an interest to acquire and operate strategic business units with our primary focus in beauty, spa, wellness and nutrition related companies and products lines.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all HR related inquires.
- Create and maintain employees’ profiles in HRM System, to ensure employees' data is accurate and up to date.
- Administer and audit employee contracts.
- Maintain company’s new hire on-boarding procedures.
- Co-ordinate and manage workers compensation, medical and insurance claims.
- Welcome new employees by coordinating and delivering employee orientations.
- Support the Group HR Manager with various HR tasks e.g. updating and communicating company policies.
- Assist the Group HR Manager by ensuring HR consistency across all offices in Keywords Group.
- Apply for Employment or S-Pass for international employees.
- Apply for NSmen Make-up Pay claim, Government Paid Childcare Leave, etc.
- Liaise with Finance Department to provide information on payroll as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- Diploma, preferably in Human Resource Management.
- 1 - 2 years of Human Resource experience is required.
- Good communication, negotiation, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with cross-cultural teams.
- Proficiency in additional languages would be an added advantage.
