Marketing Associate Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate Intern to join our team in Singapore. This role is designed for a driven individual looking to gain hands-on experience in event management, digital marketing, sales, and market research. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Business Development to support various marketing initiatives and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Management:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, web).
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and suggest improvements.
3. Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Compile and analyze data to support business development strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, sales, and event management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
