Our client is a Japanese company in the food distribution industry, committed to delivering high-quality products to their diverse clientele. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the sales department and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Summary:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the key link between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will contribute to the efficiency and success of the sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product information. Communicate order status and delivery schedules to clients in a professional manner.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Generate and maintain sales reports for analysis and decision-making.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions and client interactions. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for each sale.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to client challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum ITE certificate and above.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm.
