Requirements for:

(A) Business Admin & Management; Business Development & Sales; Marketing & Communications; M&A

• MBA/BA/BS students or fresh graduates
• Advantage: Business Admin/ Finance/ Financial Engineering/ Accounting/ Marketing/ Economics/ Commerce/ Communications/ Business Admin
• Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word Highly motivated, independent, self-disciplined and results oriented
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
• Organised, multitasking, detailed & meticulous
• Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, web designs etc.)
• Cheerful and outgoing personality, have an interest in working with people and the ability to provide great service with a smile
• Integrity, honesty, conscientiousness, openness, emotional stability
• Possess leadership qualities and a good team player, able to excel in fast-paced & demanding situations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and complete tasks within tight deadlines
• Keen business sense, ability to find creative business-oriented solutions
• Highly motivated, proactive, eager to take on new challenges, driven by achievement, commitment to complete tasks
• Ability to build relationships with Management & staff in all departments, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems

• Comfortable to work with numbers and computer-related work eg. CRM (client-relationship management) system, regular sales reports

(B) Technology Support

• Degree students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical degree
• passion in software engineering, game development, creative production and learning new things in general
• Apply critical thinking to trouble shoot, multitask, prioritize activities, and effectively manage these tasks across a matrix organization
• Familiar with java, C# and javascript, Unity, OOP, data structure & algorithms
• Good stress management skill and able to work under tight deadlines
• Good self-learning & self-taught skills
• Self-driven learner and able to engage in work with rigour
• Experience with software systems and methodology commonly used in inspection/metrology such as defect management systems, yield management systems, statistical process control, tool matching methodology, spectra modelling
• Experienced in digital art and design
• High level influence- and consensus-building skills, with strong oral and written communication, presentation skills and very good listening competencies
• Able to work with stakeholders to develop and prepare specific project strategies and co deliver compelling business cases to decision-makers and internal management to achieve value-added results –profitable growth
• Passionate, highly driven, and hard-working, portrays an Entrepreneurial spirit, a great team player and gets things done
• self-starter, inquisitive, solutions oriented, & “Can do” attitude
• Always reading on new technologies, technically deep and detail oriented

(C) Legal & Compliance

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Law or equivalent
• Resourceful, strong negotiation & time management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Required languages: English, Mandarin (both spoken & written)
• Highly motivated self-starter with a positive mindset & resilient
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving, hands-on skills
• Meticulous and willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Technically competent with up-to-date knowledge of legal & compliance standards and practices
• Working knowledge of international law, business law, compliance, tax regulations, AML/CFT legislation, Digital Payment Token (“DPT”) regulations, Data Protection and other relevant regulations
• Knowledge of admin, office management systems and procedures
