1. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
2. Perform market analysis and research on competition.
3. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
4. Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web)
5. Prepare promotional presentations.
6. Help distribute marketing materials.
7. Manage and update company database.
8. Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
9. Write marketing literature (brochures, promotion short write up, email marketing etc) to
augment the company’s presence in the market
10. Communicate directly with hotels, vendors, agencies and encourage trusting relationships.
11. Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the management.
Requirements
1. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
2. Results focused.
3. Good interpersonal and communications skills
4. Excellent analytical and creative thinking ability
5. Proficiency in computer skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
6. Able to perform additional tasks if required.
7. Able to work independently.
