About the team
We are a team of passionate gamers and Web 3.0 enthusiasts looking to provide exceptional gaming experiences enhanced with blockchain technology. We are constantly updating our solutions for GameFi developers to help them provide their fans with a stronger sense of virtual asset ownership. Our solutions include more options to procure, apply, utilize and liquidate virtual assets in gaming. In addition, we are also looking to bridge the gap between the off-chain and on-chain worlds to allow all gamers to enjoy the benefits of blockchain technology more effortlessly. For example, we have recently partnered with several payment platforms to enable users to purchase NFTs directly with fiat money.
As passionate gamers, we see video games as vehicles for enjoyable experiences. Our focus for games released on our platform is to provide creative experiences through well-designed gameplay elements. While video games can allow some opportunities to "earn", we do not believe the primary purpose of video games should be “earning”.

Job Responsibilities
1. Experience in various traditional and Web3 gaming industry in depth, research and analyse the gaming design
2. Improve the gaming design from the perspectives of products, player experience and customer needs, and provide constructive feedback to improve the game quality
3. Track traditional and Web3 game industry hotspots, analyze dynamics of the gaming market objectively and accurately, compile the industry reports on a regular basis
Requirements
1. Passionate about games in general with Web3 gaming industry knowledge
2. At least 3 years of experience in gaming with 4 hours of average daily usage is required
3. A fast learner, positive to learn and understand new concepts quickly
4. Work well in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, be able to summarize their own views clearly and concisely
5. Bachelor’s degree and above from a reputable university, fresh graduates preferred
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with senior stakeholders
7. Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
游戏测评实习生（Base 新加坡）
岗位职责
1. 根据上级要求，深度体验各类传统和Web3游戏，深度研究和剖析游戏设计，定期输出游戏体验和测评报告
2. 从游戏本源、玩家体验和客户需求出发，为完善优化游戏设计提出参考意见，提升游戏品质
3. 跟踪传统和Web3游戏行业热点，研究游戏赛道，客观、准确地分析游戏市场及游戏行业动态，定期整理输出游戏行业分析报告
任职资格
1. 真正的游戏爱好者，对网游和手游有极大的热情，乐于积极探索并分析web3游戏（对web3有一定了解或极大兴趣的候选人优先）
2.要求游戏经验3年以上，日均游戏体验4小时以上
3. 学习能力强、积极好学，能够快速学习并理解新鲜概念
4. 抗压性强、低调务实，善于思考以及总结输出自己观点
5. 国内外一流本硕或以上学历，应届生优先
6. 中英文溝通流利
7. 歡迎一週至少來3天的實習生投遞
