Job Description

We are organizing an exhibition at Singapore Expo and are looking for ~6 - 8 temporary Operation Officers. This is the first time the show is held in Singapore!

Event: Cosmoprof Asia 2022 --- https://www.cosmoprof-asia.com/

Location: Singapore Expo Hall 2 to 6 

  • Dates: 12 November 2022 @ 0800Hr - 2200Hr (14 Hours inclusive of lunch & dinner breaks) 
  • Dates: 13 November 2022 @ 0900Hr - 2200Hr (13 Hours inclusive of lunch & dinner breaks) 
  • Dates: 14 November 2022 @ 0900Hr - 2200Hr (13 Hours inclusive of lunch & dinner breaks) 
  • Dates: 15 November 2022 @ 0900Hr - 2200Hr (13 Hours inclusive of lunch & dinner breaks) 
  • Dates: 16 November 2022 @ 0800Hr - 1200Hr (4 Hours)
  • Dates: 17 November 2022 @ 0800Hr - 1200Hr (4 Hours) 
  • Dates: 18 November 2022 @ 1400Hr - 2200Hr (8 Hours inclusive of dinner breaks) 

Candidates who are able to commit to all sessions or main event days will be prioritized. Preferably with some exhibition and event set up experience. Training on 10 & 11 November (0900Hr - 1700Hr TBC). 

Meal: Simple Lunch and dinner will be provided

 

  • Work closely with Project / Operation Managers to monitor a safe build during entire set up and tear down 
  • Work closely with Project / Operation Managers to manage subcontractors and service vendors to ensure on-time and quality service delivery
  • Check type and quantity of booth carpet, furniture, lights etc during entire set up and tear down 
  • Support team to solve potential on-site issues, must be resourceful
  • Miscellaneous logistical support to team / Ad-hoc duties 
  • Potential runner to run errands
