We are organizing an exhibition at Singapore Expo and are looking for ~3 - 4 temporary safety officers. This is the first time the show is held in Singapore!

Location: Singapore Expo Hall 2 to 6
- Dates: 13 November 2022 @ 0900Hr - 2200Hr (13 Hours inclusive of lunch & dinner breaks)
- Dates: 14 November 2022 @ 0900Hr - 2200Hr (13 Hours inclusive of lunch & dinner breaks)
- Dates: 18 November 2022 @ 1800Hr - 2200Hr (4 Hours inclusive of dinner breaks)
Candidates who are able to commit to all sessions or main event days will be prioritized. Preferably with some knowledge on exhibition and events set up. Training on 12 November (1430Hr - 1600Hr TBC).
Meal: Simple Lunch and dinner will be provided
- Work closely with safety supervisor to ensure safety of all at work during entire set up and tear down.
- Record of incident & photo taking of "raw stand booths" during set up and tear down.
- Fill-in "better stand form checklist" to check raw space booth construction materials if they match with the design submitted prior to set up.
- Check if booth materials fulfill "better stand requirements".
- Fill-in "booth dismantle form" when outside contractor finishes dismantling of booth, to confirm that all their things are cleared within their booth areas before leaving the halls.
- Make sure all booth materials are well packed under the "better stand" on-site guidelines during dismantling.
