Job Description
  1. Audit Gap Closure:

    • Assist in identifying and addressing gaps identified during safety audits.
    • Work with various departments to implement corrective actions and track their progress.
  2. Documentation Support:

    • Help maintain and organize safety documentation, including audit reports, inspection records, and training materials.
    • Ensure all safety records are up-to-date and accurately filed.
  3. SOP Improvement:

    • Collaborate with the Safety Officer to review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Assist in the creation of new SOPs where necessary, ensuring they meet regulatory and company standards.
  4. Regulatory Compliance:

    • Support the Safety Officer in ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
    • Assist in preparing for safety audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
  5. Training and Education:

    • Help organize and deliver safety training sessions for employees.
    • Develop educational materials and safety bulletins to promote awareness and compliance.
  6. Incident Reporting and Investigation:

    • Assist in the documentation and investigation of workplace incidents and accidents.
    • Participate in root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  7. Data Management:

    • Compile and analyze safety performance metrics and reports.
    • Maintain safety records and databases accurately.
  8. Additional Duties:

    • Participate in safety committee meetings.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Safety Officer.
