1. In charge of the day-to-day store operations with responsibilities involving sales, cashiering, staff management and customer handling.
2. Achieve branch KPIs, sales targets, goals and objectives.
3. Ensure that outlet has maintained good housekeeping standards, maintained at the highest level and maximum cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure that all staffs understand and adhere to food hygiene and housekeeping procedures.
4. Assess and manage customers' feedback / complaints.
5. Provide in-house operations training.
6. Interview / assess part-time staff’s applications, conduct appraisals and performance reviews, and counselling.
Job Requirements:
1. Preferably with 3 years’ F&B or retail experience.
2. Possess good management and strong leadership qualities.
3. Eager to learn, able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Strong customer service qualities.
6. Quick thinker with ability to tackle challenges and make effective decisions.
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
