Job Description
Human Resources
- Provide support in recruitment process, eg. posting of job advertisements, coordination of interview schedules
- Handle EP, S Pass and work permit application/renewal/cancellation
- Administer employee leave records, insurance claims, new hire email creation
- Assist in training and development coordination and manage training records
- Update and maintenance of staff personnel file
- Provide support for company events, eg. D&D, team building activities
Support backup for Admin Officer
- Handling of incoming phone calls and visitors
- Assist in travel arrangements for Management Team if required
- Maintain and manage office stationeries and pantry supplies
- Arrange courier / dispatch services
- Collection of mails from letter box
- Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
