• Support brick-and-mortar channels through conceptualization and execution of strategy promotion activities for various retailers.
• Assist in content creations and inventory management to ensure smooth execution of sales promotions.

Sales & Promotion Strategy Support 

• Creative Support to resize create artwork such as banners/ product images for Retailers aligned with promotion strategies’
• Upload listing and images to Retailers & Retailers.com
• Sell in on promotion or new products to retailers
• Assist and follow up communication with Retailers in term of new products/ promotion SELL IN and artwork contents

Admin 

• Process weekly ad-hoc orders for brick-and-mortar channels
• Process invoices and raise consultation reports
• Updating & consolidation of weekly/monthly reports

Others

• Assist in other ad-hoc projects and duties from time to time

Ideal Background/Skill Sets

• Experience in basic design artwork
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva or Adobe Illustrator software
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Passion in beauty industry
• Proactive with integrity
• Team player mindset
