The intern will assist with the processing of finance-related transactions, trade support tasks and desktop research. This aims to provide a holistic experience for the intern to gain a broad insight of the industry. During the internship, the student will acquire valuable hands-on experience and will learn to apply concepts of finance, economics, and research in their work.
Finance – Manage inventory movements in the system, payments and receipts clearing and vendor setup in SAP, bi-weekly cash flow forecast, monthly balance sheet review
Trade Support – Assist with maintenance of Supplier Quality Database and supplier invoice reconciliation
Project based opportunities: Financial modelling using excel, Power BI finance dashboard creation and/or modification, writing/providing input for accounting papers, process documentation.
Any other adhoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
