We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and coordinating marketing initiatives and events to promote our luxury brands and engage our discerning clientele.

As an integral member of our team, the Events & Marketing Coordinator will join us on an exciting journey into the realm of Creative Events and Experiential Marketing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the global luxury brands and contribute to the growth and development of our events.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our luxury brands and drive customer engagement.

2. Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate and execute events including but not limited to Singapore Watch Fair and Singapore Jewellery Fair

3. Brand Collaborations: Identify and execute strategic partnerships and collaborations with luxury brands / vendors / suppliers.

4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury brand partners, media contacts, event vendors, and industry influencers.

Requirements: 

1. Experience: Industry experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related field, preferably within the luxury retail industry. Fresh Graduates and interns are welcome.

2. Event Management Skills: Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing events, with strong organisational and project management skills.

3. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, email marketing, and analytics tools. Experience in managing social media accounts and executing digital campaigns is a plus.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Team Player: Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.

7. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event execution.
