Responsibilities
- Provide general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Attend to staff and customer inquiries/issues on the phone and via email in a efficiently and professionally
- Prepare Invoices and payment vouchers
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- General administration and other coordination duties
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Positive working mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
