And the Style – Business Development – Seller Growth (Intern)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and map out all local fashion boutique in Singapore and understand their assortment, pricing, tech capabilities and online/social media activities
• Prospect and acquire Local fashion boutiques in-line with the assortment strategy of “andthestyle”
• Reach out and liaise with fashion, retail, trade and textile organizations to market “andthestyle” as the destination for Fashion SMEs
• Negotiate product assortment, timelines, marketing collaboration and commercial terms with fashion boutiques
• Expedite onboarding by “thinking out of the box” for faster go-to-market
• Own end-to-end relationship with the fashion boutiques and be their point-of-contact for all needs.

Requirements

• Having a strong passion for fashion and an urge to learn new concepts is a must
• Digitally educated in terms of basic e-commerce understanding and digital/social media channels
• Knowledge of Singapore shopping and fashion scene from a customer perspective
• Self-starter who can innovate on and own various work streams – business development, operations etc.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills
• Willing to make sales pitches to and educate fashion boutiques on the USP of “andthestyle”
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up environment
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
