Job Description
Job Scope (guidance will be provided):
1. Assisting in cross-border corporate transactions (Singapore - Indonesia - Hong Kong), Singapore law governed corporate transactions and commercial dispute resolution matters:
- Preparing emails;
- Assisting in the preparation of simple legal documents based on precedents;
- Conducting simple legal research; and
- Attending client meetings to take minutes.
2. Assisting in Singapore corporate secretarial work:
- Conducting ACRA and other online searches; and
- Drafting simple resolutions and minutes based on precedents.
3. Attending to other legal administrative duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director of the firm.
