Job Description
- Assisting in management of daily social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube
- Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
- Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
- Measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in email, messaging platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, email
- Provide business administrative support to marketing department in coordinating delivery of public relation kits and organization of data for marketing events
- Writing of professional emails to third-party service providers and follow-up management of their services
- On-the-job training provided on how to make marketing material using Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Assisting with videography and photography for social media and YouTube channels
