We are looking for a tech-savvy, problem-solving intern to help build the next evolution of AI-powered sales automation. This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with AI-driven workflows, automation, and customer engagement strategies.
You will work directly with the CEO to prototype and iterate on a new AI Sales Development Funnel that enhances outbound outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. This is a hands-on, fast-paced internship where you will gain real-world experience in developing intelligent automation systems that streamline sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Optimize an AI SDR System
Build an automated lead engagement pipeline that interacts with potential customers, qualifies them, and schedules follow-ups.
Implement multi-touch communication sequences (e.g., messages, calls, follow-ups) that drive conversions.
Create smart workflows to ensure seamless handoff between AI and human agents.
Integrate AI with Communication Channels
Design AI-driven conversational interactions across different platforms (chat, SMS, calls).
Enhance personalization by making AI interactions more human-like and engaging.
Develop automated feedback loops to refine messaging and improve engagement.
Rapid Iteration & MVP Development
Work in an agile, test-driven environment to quickly prototype and refine AI engagement strategies.
Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement through hands-on testing.
Document findings and contribute ideas for scaling and optimizing the system.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Mindset
Basic coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
Familiarity with automation tools and workflow builders.
Interest in AI-driven engagement, sales automation, and customer experience.
Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues independently.
A fast learner with a growth mindset and an eagerness to experiment.
Good-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience with chatbot development, API integrations, or sales tech.
