Pawblicity Specialist (Part-time)

Animal-Assisted Interactions Singapore (aaisg) is looking for a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Pawblicity Specialist. This role involves creating engaging content for our Instagram page to showcase our canine-assisted programmes with seniors, youth at risk, children with special needs, healthcare employees, and more. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about increasing awareness of aaisg's presence in Singapore and boosting engagement with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, stories) for aaisg’s social media accounts that highlights our canine-assisted programmes and their impact.
2. Session Attendance: Travel to various parts of Singapore to attend our one-hour sessions and capture content. Each session will involve working with our Caring Canines and interacting with different client groups.
3. Social Media Management: Plan and schedule Instagram posts to ensure consistent and timely updates. 
4. Storytelling: Write compelling captions and narratives that convey the mission and impact of aaisg’s programmes.
5. Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of Instagram posts and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Event Participation: Assist in organizing and promoting aaisg events and special initiatives through social media.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience in social media content creation and management, preferably with a focus on Instagram.
2. Creativity: Strong visual and creative skills with an eye for detail in photography and video content.
3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Comfort with Dogs: Comfortable working with and around dogs in various settings.
5. Travel: Willingness to travel across Singapore to attend and document aaisg sessions.
6. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to capture content during scheduled sessions.
7. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using social media management tools and basic photo/video editing software.
8. Personality: Honest with integrity, comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback 

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Marketing Background: Background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Passion for Animal-Assisted Services: Genuine interest in animal-assisted services and its benefits.
3. Engagement Strategies: Knowledge of strategies to increase social media engagement and reach.
