Job Description
- Admin Assistant (Purchasing) - 3 Months With US MNC
- Purchasing Assistant Intern (Immediately For 3 Months)
- Assist buyers in raising straight forward purchase orders
- Liaise with inside sales & vendor on order issue (if required)
- Update order acknowledgement number & shipment date from vendor in system
- Update buyer code
- Shipment pre-alert update
- Assist team in administrative tasks and updates
- Assist to update purchasing parameter weekly or monthly
- Assist in any other adhoc inventory matter
Working Condition
- 2-way company Transport from Bukit Batok MRT
- Regular 5 days workweek 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Exposure to US MNC working environment
