Job Description
  • Admin Assistant (Purchasing) - 3 Months With US MNC

  • Purchasing Assistant Intern (Immediately For 3 Months)
  • Assist buyers in raising straight forward purchase orders
  • Liaise with inside sales & vendor on order issue (if required)
  • Update order acknowledgement number & shipment date from vendor in system
  • Update buyer code
  • Shipment pre-alert update
  • Assist team in administrative tasks and updates
  • Assist to update purchasing parameter weekly or monthly
  • Assist in any other adhoc inventory matter

Working Condition

  • 2-way company Transport from Bukit Batok MRT
  • Regular 5 days workweek 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Exposure to US MNC working environment
