Job Description

Operations Admin (Intern) – Able To Start In Dec 18 (At Least 3 Months)


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service team in proper filing of all paperwork
  • Support the team in processing and administration of the business.            
  • Paperwork includes routine task such as copying, scanning and basic data entries, etc.                                                       

Requirements:

  • Basic Knowledge of Computer applications such as MS office
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Meticulous, proactive and good organization skills,
  • Able to understand and speak good English

Working Conditions

  • 5 days work week
  • 2 Way Company Transport from Bukit Batok MRT
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months with minimum interruption
