Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in processing and administration of the business.
- Support the sales team on Coordination, RMA Process, and Rebate process, RFQ Tracker.
- Support the sales team in managing & develop existing accounts on Headsets.
- Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries
- Support the sales team in Invoicing and proper filing of all paperwork
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics Management or equivalent,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – MS Word & Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet demanding timelines,
- Meticulous, proactive and good organization skills,
- Able to understand and speak good English
Working Conditions
- 5 days work week
- 2 Way Company Transport from Bukit Batok MRT
- Able to commit for at least 2 months
