Jobs Scope:
Reporting to Corporate Sales Director
Handling all Hotels & Catering corporate customers in Singapore
Prepare quotation in presentation manager
Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and service issues.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for hotel and catering customers.
Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production) to meet customer requirements.
Track sales performance and monitor customer satisfaction.
Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing accounts.
Maintain updated customer records, sales histories, and contact logs in the CRM system.
Follow up on overdue payments and ensure accounts are up to date.
Research potential new hotel and catering accounts and compile lead lists.
Assist in organizing and preparing materials for sales presentations.
Support in drafting and distributing marketing campaigns targeting hotel and catering clients.

5 Days Work-Week (44 Hours) | Work From Home 2x Monthly
